Emily Harrison is a singer/songwriter from Sydney. She has a raw acoustic folk/pop sound with beautiful piano riffs that compliment her folk inspired vocals. Emily Harrison is a singer/songwriter from Sydney's northern beaches. She took her first piano lesson at age 7 initially training as a classical pianist and at age 19 after acquiring a second hand guitar she taught herself to play so she could become a more versatile songwriter. She comes from a strong influential musical background with her great grandmother a concert pianist and her father and ...two brothers gifted guitarists.
Emily began writing music on the piano from an early age and aspired to compose scores for Film and Television before her vocal training led her to pursue a solo career as a folk/pop singer/songwriter. She was recently awarded with 'Singer of the Year' award with her vocal studio where she trains and is currently performing regularly at local wine bars and pubs.
Emily writes with an endearing honesty, her music is raw and emotive and she can be recognised by her gorgeous piano riffs that compliment her folk inspired vocals.
She is currently performing in local bars both solo and as a duo with guitarist Grant Hughson.

Doggn it is a blues duo with Graeme Druce on Guitar and John Cupit Blues harp, playing blues together since 1985.

Graeme plays a style of Blues guitar which seems to blend the great past masters of Piedmont blues like John Cephus, with contemporary masters of Blues guitar Eric Bibb, and Keb Mo and his own home spun Australian sound. Whether playing his resonator, or his Taylor guitar, you will be captivated by the rich tone and the complexity of his sound.

John plays a deep hollow sounding blues, which will move you with its rich tone, and sustained bends and vibrato. Influenced by Jim Conway his mentor, John compliments Graeme’s unique sound with an equally unique tonal quality.

Together Doggn it sing and play their way through a range of original material, which provides a commentary on Australian issues - the feel of waking up in the Australian bush, logging timber by hand at the turn of the century, living through the depression on the Hungry Mile, contemporary difficulties in daily life, global issues, and places and people only Australians will know.

The guys are Australians, playing a unique Australian Blues.

Last year they were voted Blues performers of the year by the Sydney Blues Society and were sent to Memphis to represent Oz. They made the semis!
