The show is a thrilling journey through Bowie’s ever-evolving songbook, featuring Jeff’s spectacular interpretations of hits. With an amazing band featuring. Baker, rock historian “Jeff Duff is one of the most innovative and unique performers in this country” – Drum Media “Jeff Duff is the blackest sounding white singer I have ever heard” – Alphonso Johnson, legendary bass player (Weather Report)
Born and raised in Rome, Carlotta Centanni carries the soul of Italian music in her DNA. Her musical journey was ignited by a family steeped in artistic tradition – her mother, a captivating Neapolitan actress; her father, a makeup artist of cinema and TV for the stars; and her grandfather Armandino, a celebrated singer/songwriter who shared the stage with the legendary Renato Carosone during La Dolce Vita. Carlotta’s professional debut in 2001 marked the beginning of her becoming a popular fixture on the Rome music scene at prestigious venues such as La Palma Jazz and the historic Villa Celimontana, and performing her original compositions on coveted spots on RAI television. In 2008 Carlotta migrated to Sydney where she has brought her authentic Italian sound to some of Australia’s most iconic music venues; including Foundry616, Venue505, the Basement, Camelot Lounge,Manly Fig, the Vanguard, and Sydney Opera House. In 2017 Carlotta was the singing voice of ‘Bridget’ for the Italian release of Hollywood blockbuster “Trolls”. And, with four critically acclaimed albums to her name Carlotta continues to honour her Italian heritage. Returning to Manly Fig for a special evening of Italian magic, Carlotta will transport audiences through the golden age of 1960s Italian music, the poetic beauty of canzoni d’autore, and the soul-stirring melodies of her beloved Neapolitan songs. She will be accompanied on stage by Nick Southcott on piano, Tim Bradley on drums and Max Alduca on double bass.

Tony has earned his living writing and playing music for the last thirty years which is testament to the quality of what he does. An accomplished piano player (classically trained) he is also adept on the guitar. He sings with a passion for his music. As one critic remarked “he not only has a great voice …he sings with sincerity”. His song writing is diverse incorporating such influences as Sting, Dylan and Van Morrison. His music is grounded in melody and always tied to the essence of the lyric of which he has deft control. His songs are intelligent but still retain an emotive quality that beguiles the listener. Tony has won a number of awards for his song writing over the years including The Phillipines International Song awards in 1996, and the ASA songwriters award in 2005. He has released a number of albums in Australia and overseas. His voice is as good as it’s ever been and seems to mature with age like a good wine.
