Felicity and Josh are one of Australia’s most celebrated folk, roots and country duos. Partners in music and life, they have produced three critically acclaimed albums. JOSH is a founding member of ARIA Award-winning band, The Waifs, & is renowned internationally for his intricate guitar work and poignant songwriting. He has toured globally with acts as diverse as Bob Dylan, Keith Urban, and Billy Bragg; played guitar in Missy Higgins’ band. Their 2021 debut album debuted at #1 on the ARIA Country Albums Chart and got an ARIA nomination. Their 2nd got 3 Golden Guitars including Song of the Year. Son of an ex jazz trumpeter dentist who ditched geology to fail at jazz college to take up washboard to join The Waifs over a Port Fairy Guinness who fell in love with a 1935 Gibson guitar while touring the USA with Bob Dylan to writing songs and riffing stories to anyone who cared to listen.
A tunesmith, guitarist, songwriter and teller of tall tales from the road less travelled but long toured, David is an acoustic amalgam part late 60’s English folk and part late 70’s Brit punk pop derived who lives off-grid between Australia and Canada and is hopeless at social media.
