Drawing from the influences of traditional bluesmen, jack delivers his own original blues with a unique Australian flavor; blues, folk and jazz entwined in the mix. as quoted by blue pie records – “fuelled with passion and filled with all styles of instrumentation, you will be blown away with musicality of harmonicas and slide guitar. jack’s stomp box adds a percussive sense to the album alongside the acoustic guitars which are used as a multi-lingual instrument through the album, a talent which is executed to the finest degree.” Jack’s album Covered All in Blue, debuted at no 2 on the Australian blues and roots charts and remained in the top 5 most played cds all year. It has also been nominated for the Chain Awards, for album and song of the year, and best blues vocalist.
